Superstar morning man Don Wade of Chicago's WLS-AM 890 had "succesful" brain surgery on Thursday, Sept. 27. The surgery reportedly went well for Don, 71 - the male half of the Don Wade and Roma show - and he is now recovering at home. He was released from the hospital on Saturday, Sept. 29. Don had a seizure on Sept. 13, and the surgery was performed to remove "a growth," possibly a brain tumor. (See previous report.)
