In honor of election day, Ilya Somin has a post advocating a (limited) right to vote for those under the age of 18. I've argued before that the current system, which denies youth the right to vote but often treats them as adults in the criminal justice system, is unconstitutional. I've also addressed youth voting rights more generally here, here, and here.

It's also worth pointing out that Argentina has joined the ranks of nations more civilized than us on this issue.
